  4.      Mac Seat'Em is the SLV High School's acclaimed shareware seating charts maker from Boomeria Softworks.  It quickly and easily imports your gradebook rosters.
  5.  
  6.       MacSeat'Em is a companion to both Gradebook Plus and to Grade Machine (ver 4).  It will read the rosters directly out of your Gradebook Files, or it will import TEXT files from earlier versions or from Apple II versions of Gradebook Plus.  This is a Gradebook Plus version, for a Grade Machine version, contact "The Boom" (see below for address & phone).

  8. (If you are using a Gradebook Plus demo disk, you will need to import rosters as TEXT files as the data structure is different in the demo).

  10.    The print-outs are magnificent. You choose the fonts and sizes and how you want the names to appear on your charts. You may include squares for attendance and tardies.

  12. Students may be moved and exchanged with the mouse.  When you want a completely new seating chart, you may choose the "randomize" option to scramble the kids.

  14.    One only has to import rosters once per class.  From then on you simply edit or scramble your charts.

  18.      If you are not using Gradebook, just drag the Mac Seat'Em icon onto your hard disk.  Or use the program "on disk".

  20.      If you are already using  a Mac version of Gradebook Plus, drag the MacSeat'Em icon into your Gradebook Plus folder.  DO NOT drag the "Gradebook Plus Files" into the folder as it may overwrite your existing rosters.
